Conversation
Week 1
We start by listening. How you use your home now, what frustrates you, what you have collected and cannot part with. No drawings yet — just an honest picture of the brief.

Observation
Weeks 2–3
We visit and measure the site, and watch how light, wind and outlook move through it. Existing fabric worth keeping is identified before anything is proposed for removal.

Concept
Weeks 4–7
Spatial options are tested and presented as a small number of clear directions — not an overwhelming spread of possibilities. We resolve the plan before we resolve the palette.

Development
Weeks 8–14
Materials, joinery and fittings are selected and detailed. Every decision is documented as it is made, so nothing has to be relitigated later under time pressure.

Documentation
Weeks 15–20
Drawings, schedules and specifications are issued in a set a builder can price accurately and construct without guesswork.

Delivery
Through construction
We coordinate with trades and consultants on site, review progress against the documentation, and style the completed space so it is ready to be lived in.
