This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not build a profile of your visit.

We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us. When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you entered — your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, project type, budget range and location, along with the description of your project.

Those details are sent to the studio as an email, and a copy is emailed back to you as confirmation. The site itself keeps no database and stores nothing about your visit.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a fee proposal, and to deliver design services if you engage the studio.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it to send marketing you have not asked for.

We use Resend, a third-party email delivery provider, to send contact form enquiries and their confirmations. Your submission passes through their service in order to be delivered.

During a project we may need to share relevant project information with consultants, builders and trades engaged on your behalf. We share only what is necessary for the work, and only with your knowledge.

We may disclose information where required by law.

Enquiry correspondence and project records are stored in our business email and project systems, protected by access controls. We retain project records for as long as we are required to for professional, insurance and legal purposes.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to hello@nimmodesignstudio.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date.
