Project descriptions, timeframes and service outlines on this site are indicative and provided for general information. They are not an offer, a quote, or professional advice for your specific site or project.

Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timeframes and responsibilities. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement prevails.

The Nimmo name, logo, typography, imagery, drawings and written content on this site are the property of Nimmo Design Studio or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or adapt them without written permission.

Design documentation prepared for a project remains the intellectual property of the studio and is licensed to the client for that project only, as set out in the project agreement.

Where this site links to other websites, we do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

To the extent permitted by law, Nimmo Design Studio is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
